Verbaccio is an online platform for practicing verb conjugations in multiple languages. The service includes interactive exercises, progress tracking, AI-powered learning advice, gamification features, and exercise template sharing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Parents and teachers are responsible for creating and managing accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Children access the platform through profiles managed by their parent or teacher. Parents consent to their children's use of the service and the collection of their practice data.

4. Subscription & Billing

Verbaccio offers a free trial period for new users. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable Belgian consumer protection law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on Verbaccio are the property of B-Virtual BV or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. User-generated content (such as exercise templates) remains the property of its creator, but you grant B-Virtual BV a license to host and share it within the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Verbaccio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. B-Virtual BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
